Ils mettent en place les meilleures normes en mati\u00e8re de droits syndicaux, de sant\u00e9, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de pratiques environnementales, ainsi que des principes de qualit\u00e9 du travail dans l&rsquo;ensemble des activit\u00e9s d&rsquo;une entreprise au plan mondial, que ces normes existent ou non dans un pays donn\u00e9.<\/p><p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/screenshot_2021-02-10_at_15.54.21.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/image_1770117220.png\" \/><\/a><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.industriall-union.org\/fr\/lutter-contre-la-violence-et-le-harcelement-chez-eni\">Lutter contre la violence et le harc\u00e8lement chez ENI<\/a><\/p><p>En signant un ACM, une entreprise multinationale accepte la responsabilit\u00e9 de prot\u00e9ger et de respecter les droits fondamentaux des travailleurs, en particulier le droit de se syndiquer et de n\u00e9gocier collectivement ainsi que de faire preuve de diligence raisonnable concernant l&rsquo;impact de ses activit\u00e9s sur les droits de l&rsquo;homme dans ses installations de production et tout au long de sa cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement. Les ACM sont largement utilis\u00e9s pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes, en particulier le long des cha\u00eenes d&rsquo;approvisionnement.
