Pourtant, les femmes et les jeunes travailleurs continuent \u00e0 faire l&#039;objet de discriminations, de sorte que beaucoup se voient d\u00e9nier leurs droits fondamentaux. IndustriALL combat leur discrimination au travail en favorisant leur participation plus \u00e9quitable et plus forte dans les syndicats.<\/p><h3>Campagne #NoExcuse<\/h3><p>En novembre 2023, le Comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif d&rsquo;IndustriALL Global Union a approuv\u00e9 une nouvelle politique sur les violences et le harc\u00e8lement fond\u00e9s sur le genre (VHG), la misogynie et le sexisme. Cette initiative traduit l&rsquo;engagement pris lors du Congr\u00e8s d&rsquo;IndustriALL en 2021 d&rsquo;adopter une tol\u00e9rance z\u00e9ro envers les VHG et toute violation des droits humains et des droits des femmes dans ses op\u00e9rations et activit\u00e9s associ\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Cette politique vise \u00e0 instaurer une culture de dignit\u00e9 et de respect au sein d&rsquo;IndustriALL et de ses affili\u00e9s, en mettant l&rsquo;accent sur l&rsquo;\u00e9limination des VHG, de la misogynie et du sexisme. Elle se concentre sur l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation et la sensibilisation \u00e0 ces probl\u00e9matiques, en conformit\u00e9 avec les dispositions de la Convention 190 de l&rsquo;Organisation internationale du travail (OIT). Elle \u00e9tablit \u00e9galement des proc\u00e9dures claires pour traiter les plaintes li\u00e9es au harc\u00e8lement sexuel, \u00e0 la misogynie et au sexisme dans le cadre des activit\u00e9s
