Une transition aura lieu et le seul choix que nous ayons est de savoir s&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agira d&rsquo;une violente ru\u00e9e vers les emplois ou les ressources telles que l&rsquo;eau, l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et les terres fertiles, de mesures de survie d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9es de derni\u00e8re minute qui ignorent compl\u00e8tement les droits de l&rsquo;homme et la protection sociale, ou d&rsquo;une Transition juste et ordonn\u00e9e qui respecte et prot\u00e8ge les travailleurs et travailleuses actuels tout en cr\u00e9ant de nouveaux emplois d\u00e9cents dans des industries durables.<\/p><p>Une Transition juste ouvre une voie vers un avenir durable, dans tous les aspects de ses dimensions sociales, \u00e9conomiques et environnementales. Pour que la transition soit vraiment juste, elle doit \u00eatre orient\u00e9e vers un avenir optimiste, un avenir que les travailleurs et travailleuses, leurs familles et les communaut\u00e9s qui en
