Auparavant, le salaire mensuel minimum \u00e9tait de 17300 NPR (125 dollars), un montant fix\u00e9 en 2023.<\/p><p>Contrairement <a href=\"https:\/\/www.industriall-union.org\/workers-in-nepal-demand-fair-wages\">au processus de fixation du salaire minimum qui s&rsquo;\u00e9tait d\u00e9roul\u00e9 en 2023<\/a>, les syndicats ont cette fois \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9s d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but aux n\u00e9gociations. Bien que la revendication commune des syndicats \u00e9tait de fixer le salaire minimum \u00e0 30443 NPR (220 dollars), le salaire r\u00e9vis\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9 par tous les membres du groupe tripartite, y compris les syndicats.<\/p><p>Le salaire minimum r\u00e9vis\u00e9 s&rsquo;applique \u00e0 tous les travailleurs et travailleuses, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception de ceux employ\u00e9s dans les exploitations et plantations de th\u00e9. Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&rsquo;accord tripartite, le salaire minimum journalier a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9 \u00e0 754 NPR (5 dollars) et le salaire minimum horaire \u00e0 101 NPR (0,7 dollar). Pour les travailleurs et travailleuses \u00e0 temps partiel, le salaire minimum horaire sera de 107 NPR (0,8 dollar).<\/p><p>Anand Thami, Secr\u00e9taire du Conseil national pour le N\u00e9pal, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/p><blockquote><p>&ldquo;Nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux que cette fois-ci, le gouvernement ait respect\u00e9 le tripartisme dans la fixation des salaires minimums et que les opinions syndicales aient \u00e9t\u00e9 entendues. Les syndicats doivent maintenant se mobiliser pour veiller \u00e0 ce que le salaire minimum r\u00e9vis\u00e9 soit strictement appliqu\u00e9.&rdquo;<\/p><\/blockquote><p>Le mois dernier, IndustriALL a organis\u00e9 une r\u00e9union sur le salaire vital avec ses affili\u00e9s au N\u00e9pal, au cours de laquelle divers sujets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9s, notamment le concept m\u00eame de salaire vital ainsi que les conclusions d&rsquo;une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par les syndicats du pays sur le salaire vital appropri\u00e9 pour le N\u00e9pal.<\/p><p>Ashutosh Bhattacharya, Secr\u00e9taire r\u00e9gional d&rsquo;IndustriALL pour l&rsquo;Asie du Sud, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/p><blockquote><p>&ldquo;Nous f\u00e9licitons nos affili\u00e9s n\u00e9palais pour avoir d\u00e9fendu les droits des travailleurs et travailleuses lors du processus de n\u00e9gociation du salaire minimum.
