{"id":175690,"date":"2012-06-27T13:45:28","date_gmt":"2012-06-27T13:45:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/lock-out-de-caterpillar-en-australie\/"},"modified":"2025-02-08T21:25:46","modified_gmt":"2025-02-08T21:25:46","slug":"lock-out-de-caterpillar-en-australie","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/fr\/lock-out-de-caterpillar-en-australie\/","title":{"rendered":"Lock-out de Caterpillar en Australie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le conflit a \u00e9t\u00e9 provoqu\u00e9 par une offre salariale de l&rsquo;entreprise, consid\u00e9r\u00e9e par le syndicat comme \u00e9tant injuste, et qui ne tient pas compte de la partie principale de la proposition du personnel concernant l&rsquo;introduction d&rsquo;une quinzaine de neuf jours de travail pour compenser les diff\u00e9rences rencontr\u00e9es dans la structure des salaires par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;industrie mini\u00e8re.<\/p><p>La proposition du personnel se base sur le fait que malgr\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es identiques, les salaires ne sont pas semblables \u00e0 ceux de leurs coll\u00e8gues travaillant dans l&rsquo;industrie mini\u00e8re, et que certains salari\u00e9s doivent travailler de 50 \u00e0 60 heures par semaine pour satisfaire la demande de l&rsquo;entreprise en heures suppl\u00e9mentaires. Tout en r\u00e9solvant le probl\u00e8me de l&rsquo;\u00e9cart salarial, la proposition du personnel ne provoquerait aucun co\u00fbt suppl\u00e9mentaire pour l&rsquo;entreprise. Toutefois, l&rsquo;entreprise a rejet\u00e9 la proposition sans aller plus loin.<\/p><p>Les travailleurs et travailleuses ont donc fait gr\u00e8ve en dernier ressort pour trouver une solution et faire entendre leur voix. L&rsquo;entreprise a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la gr\u00e8ve \u00e9tait ill\u00e9gale et a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 le lock-out du personnel.<\/p><p>IndustriALL Global Union apporte son soutien le plus fort aux gr\u00e9vistes de Bucyrus \u00e0 Beresfield, Nouvelles-Galles du Sud, et exige que Caterpillar mette fin au lock-out et reprenne les n\u00e9gociations en toute bonne foi.
