Les normes fondamentales de l&rsquo;OIT auxquelles il est fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans l&rsquo;accord comprennent celles ayant trait au recours au travail forc\u00e9 ou \u00e0 celui des enfants, le droit \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de ne pas faire usage de discrimination.
