{"id":175130,"date":"2012-05-25T15:17:49","date_gmt":"2012-05-25T15:17:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/sca-2\/"},"modified":"2025-02-08T18:13:20","modified_gmt":"2025-02-08T18:13:20","slug":"sca-2","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/fr\/sca-2\/","title":{"rendered":"SCA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;accord fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux Conventions fondamentales de l&rsquo;OIT sur les droits des travailleurs et pr\u00e9cise que ces normes doivent &laquo;&nbsp;guider les activit\u00e9s de SCA et ses relations avec ses salari\u00e9s.&nbsp;&raquo; Il comprend \u00e9galement des dispositions pour que l&rsquo;entreprise informe ses sous-traitants et franchis\u00e9s de l&rsquo;accord et pour encourager ceux-ci \u00e0 adh\u00e9rer aux m\u00eames normes.<\/p><p>Parmi les autres points de l&rsquo;accord, on rel\u00e8ve ceux-ci&nbsp;:<\/p><ul><li>Au minimum, SCA se conformera \u00e0 tous ses obligations l\u00e9gales et r\u00e9glementaires&nbsp;;<\/li><li>La firme s&rsquo;att\u00e8lera \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration constante des normes de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le lieu de travail et adoptera un comportement responsable du point de vue de l&rsquo;environnement&nbsp;;<\/li><li>SCA s&rsquo;att\u00e8lera \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de politiques compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9pourvues de discrimination notamment en assurant l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;avancement sans pr\u00e9judice du sexe, de la race, de l&rsquo;ethnicit\u00e9, de l&rsquo;origine, de l&rsquo;orientation sexuelle, de la religion, de l&rsquo;affiliation politique ou du handicap.<\/li><li>L&rsquo;entreprise donnera aux salaries la possibilit\u00e9 de se former pour am\u00e9liorer le contenu de son travail et augmenter ses responsabilit\u00e9s&nbsp;;<\/li><li>SCA s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 verser des salaires et autres prestations conformes aux normes du march\u00e9&nbsp;;<\/li><li>La firme sera guid\u00e9e dans ses activit\u00e9s par les dispositions de la D\u00e9claration universelle des Droits de l&rsquo;Homme&nbsp;; et<\/li><li>SCA soutient l&rsquo;\u00e9limination effective du travail forc\u00e9 et celui des enfants et ceci servira de crit\u00e8re de choix et de gestion de ses fournisseurs et sous-traitants.<\/li><\/ul><p>L&rsquo;ACM reprend \u00e9galement un processus de gestion des conflits relatifs \u00e0 l&rsquo;accord et toutes les parties doivent se rencontrer une fois l&rsquo;an pour \u00e9tablir un bilan de l&rsquo;accord cadre.<\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","issues":[407],"companies":[121],"regions":[],"sectors":[474],"article_tags":[],"class_list":["post-175130","article","type-article","status-publish","hentry","issues-global-framework-agreements","companies-sca","sectors-pulp-and-paper"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.1 (Yoast SEO v27.1) -
