Le pays a 80 f\u00e9d\u00e9rations syndicales, et les affili\u00e9s de IndustriALL au Cambodge consid\u00e8rent la d\u00e9sunion comme \u00e9tant le d\u00e9fi \u00e0 surmonter dans l&rsquo;imm\u00e9diat.<\/p><p>Sous la direction de IndustriALL et avec le soutien de IF Metall (Su\u00e8de), les affili\u00e9s ont sign\u00e9 collectivement un accord aux termes duquel ils vont s&rsquo;efforcer de travailler ensemble et dans l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 pour traiter des questions suivantes:<\/p><ol><li>Contrats \u00e0 court terme: Dans la confection, les travailleuses et travailleurs ont des contrats de trois mois renouvelables pendant une p\u00e9riode de deux ans. Une prime d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9 est vers\u00e9e apr\u00e8s un an dans l&rsquo;usine. Apr\u00e8s deux ann\u00e9es de renouvellement de contrat, la travailleuse ou le travailleur est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 pour le contrat suivant comme un nouveau salari\u00e9; ce qui am\u00e8ne la perte de la prime d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9. Mis \u00e0 part la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;emploi, les personnes employ\u00e9es qui sont des femmes dans la proportion de 80% ne re\u00e7oivent pas de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9 tant qu&rsquo;elles n&rsquo;ont pas travaill\u00e9 un an, et un contrat pour trois mois ne garantit pas cela, m\u00eame si la travailleuse a \u00e9t\u00e9 employ\u00e9e dans la m\u00eame usine pendant plus d&rsquo;un an.<\/li><li>Syndicalisation et n\u00e9gociation collective: La loi stipule que la n\u00e9gociation collective doit reposer sur le syndicat qui a le plus fort statut de repr\u00e9sentation (Most Representative Status &ndash; MRS), qui est de 50%+1. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 le nombre de syndicats dans une m\u00eame usine, il est tr\u00e8s difficile d&rsquo;atteindre ce niveau de repr\u00e9sentation et m\u00eame de le maintenir. Et en raison des contrats \u00e0 court terme, les membres du syndicat quittent le lieu de travail, et les syndicats perdent le MRS. Il faut donc s&rsquo;attaquer \u00e0 la question de la concurrence entre les syndicats affili\u00e9s \u00e0 IndustriALL si l&rsquo;on veut renforcer et soutenir le travail de chaque affili\u00e9.<\/li><li>Sant\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail: Les \u00e9vanouissements sont courants dans le travail au Cambodge et les affili\u00e9s ont estim\u00e9 que cette question n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas correctement trait\u00e9e, tant par le gouvernement que par les directions d&rsquo;usine. Alors que les employeurs estiment que les \u00e9vanouissements sont caus\u00e9s par de mauvaises habitudes nutritionnelles et parce que les gens portent au travail des v\u00eatements chauds quel que soit le temps, les salari\u00e9s pensent que cela provient d&rsquo;une mauvaise ventilation et d&rsquo;un manque de circulation d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne dus au grand nombre de personnes travaillant dans des ateliers trop exigus. Il faudra aussi tenir compte des autres questions de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 li\u00e9es aux substances chimiques employ\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;industrie textile.<\/li><\/ol><p>IndustriALL continuera de soutenir les efforts entrepris par ses affili\u00e9s pour parvenir \u00e0 l&rsquo;unit\u00e9. Avec l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;affili\u00e9s comme IF Metall, IndustriALL assurera un soutien pour renforcer l&rsquo;expertise des affili\u00e9s sur les questions mentionn\u00e9es ci-dessus et sur d&rsquo;autres qui permettront d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la condition des travailleuses et travailleurs.<\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","issues":[396],"companies":[],"regions":[162],"sectors":[465,468],"article_tags":[],"class_list":["post-174907","article","type-article","status-publish","hentry","issues-building-strong-unions","regions-cambodia","sectors-garment","sectors-textile-industry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.1 (Yoast SEO v27.1) -
