Ce Code fait office de norme dans l&rsquo;entreprise et est salu\u00e9 par le r\u00e9seau. Cependant, au cours de la r\u00e9union, il est apparu clairement que dans certains cas ce code n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement appliqu\u00e9. Par exemple, la direction locale en Tha\u00eflande semble n&rsquo;avoir que peu de connaissance et d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat par rapport \u00e0 son contenu. Le r\u00e9seau a un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 jouer pour am\u00e9liorer cette situation et s&rsquo;est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 soulever la question aupr\u00e8s de la haute direction pour assurer son application \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble des op\u00e9rations de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p><p>Michael Leahy, Pr\u00e9sident de la Section des M\u00e9taux de Base d&rsquo;IndustriALL d\u00e9clare<\/p><p>&laquo;&nbsp;TATA se targue d&rsquo;\u00eatre l&rsquo;entreprise la plus \u00e9thique du monde et son Code de Conduite est une cl\u00e9 de vo\u00fbte de cette philosophie. Je souhaite voir le m\u00eame niveau d&rsquo;engagement que celui que nous connaissons en Europe et en Inde dans des endroits comme la Tha\u00eflande. Notre priorit\u00e9 et de collaborer avec l&rsquo;entreprise et les syndicats pour en faire une r\u00e9alit\u00e9.&nbsp;&raquo;<\/p><p>Malgr\u00e9 le fait que la haute direction n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9union et n&rsquo;a pas trait\u00e9 en direct les pr\u00e9occupations soulev\u00e9es, le r\u00e9seau a mis en place un plan d&rsquo;action pour soutenir les syndicats sur place. Le r\u00e9seau va \u00e9galement approcher la haute direction dans le but de tenir une r\u00e9union du r\u00e9seau mondial en Inde en 2014. En plus de l&rsquo;application du Code de Conduite, les syndicats souhaiteraient \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopper une approche conjointe sur des probl\u00e9matiques telles que les normes de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","issues":[396,425],"companies":[133],"regions":[191],"sectors":[481],"article_tags":[],"class_list":["post-152679","article","type-article","status-publish","hentry","issues-building-strong-unions","issues-workers-rights","companies-tata","regions-thailand","sectors-base-metals"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.1 (Yoast SEO v27.1) -
