En droit, cela signifie que ces travailleurs deviennent automatiquement permanents, mais l&rsquo;entreprise a bott\u00e9 en touche en relan\u00e7ant un carrousel d&rsquo;appels sans fin et sans objet.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s avoir plaid\u00e9 leur cause via le gouvernement par voie de droit pendant quatre ans, les travailleurs, qui sont membres de la FNTTP, affili\u00e9e \u00e0 IndustriALL, ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 leur employeur qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 renoncer \u00e0 leurs droits nouvellement acquis en signant de ridicules contrats \u00e0 court terme. La r\u00e9plique de l&rsquo;entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e8che&nbsp;: &laquo;&nbsp;pas de signature, pas de travail&nbsp;!&nbsp;&raquo;.<\/p><p>Certaines des marques se fournissant chez Hialpesa sont parmi les entreprises qui ont pris le parti inhabituel de demander dans le courant de cette ann\u00e9e au gouvernement d&rsquo;abroger la l\u00e9gislation du travail concernant les &laquo;&nbsp;exportations non traditionnelles&nbsp;&raquo;, qui disaient-elles, posaient un obstacle \u00e0 l&#039;application correcte de leurs codes de conduite.<\/p><p>IndustriALL est en train de solliciter l&rsquo;intervention d&rsquo;urgence de la Ministre du Travail p\u00e9ruvienne Nancy Laos ainsi que des marques et d\u00e9taillants qui se fournissent chez Hialpesa pour s&rsquo;assurer que les syndiqu\u00e9s soient autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 reprendre le travail et que la d\u00e9cision du minist\u00e8re soit appliqu\u00e9e.<\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","issues":[422,415,425],"companies":[],"regions":[279],"sectors":[464],"article_tags":[],"class_list":["post-152672","article","type-article","status-publish","hentry","issues-human-trade-union-rights","issues-stop-precarious-work","issues-workers-rights","regions-peru","sectors-textile-leather-garment-shoes-and-textile-services"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.1 (Yoast SEO v27.1) -
