L&rsquo;entreprise a accept\u00e9 de verser aux travailleurs 50% des salaires perdus pendant la dur\u00e9e de la gr\u00e8ve, ce qui \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 un million de dollars. Toutes les poursuites judiciaires contre le CCAWDU seront abandonn\u00e9es. L&rsquo;actionnaire Meas Sothas, qui avait requis la police militaire pour s&rsquo;en prendre aux travailleurs, sera \u00e9cart\u00e9 de toute responsabilit\u00e9 de direction op\u00e9rationnelle. Le minist\u00e8re a form\u00e9 une commission compos\u00e9e de responsables issus du gouvernement, des syndicats et du secteur pour contr\u00f4ler l&rsquo;application de l&rsquo;accord.<\/p><p>Cette mise en \u0153uvre, notamment le paiement des arri\u00e9r\u00e9s de salaire, devra \u00eatre suivie avec soin par le Minist\u00e8re du travail et IndustriALL. Un dialogue constant entre le syndicat et la direction est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire concernant les conditions de travail au sein de l&rsquo;usine o\u00f9 a jailli l&rsquo;\u00e9tincelle qui a mis le feu aux poudres. IndustriALL, avec le soutien d&rsquo;acheteurs tels que <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supplymanagement.com\/news\/2013\/hm-in-constant-talks-with-both-sides-during-deadly-garment-factory-dispute\">H&amp;M<\/a>, Inditex et GAP, s&rsquo;est engag\u00e9e \u00e0 s&rsquo;assurer que ce dialogue aurait bien lieu et que les relations sociales seraient renforc\u00e9es de sorte \u00e0 \u00e9viter une crise similaire.<\/p><p>Le Pr\u00e9sident du C.CAWDU, Ath Thorn, a fait ce commentaire&nbsp;:<\/p><blockquote><p>C&rsquo;est une tr\u00e8s bonne d\u00e9cision de l&rsquo;employeur (&hellip;)&nbsp; Du point de vue des travailleurs, nous allons essayer de renforcer nos bonnes relations avec les employeurs et les autres cat\u00e9gories de travailleurs de l&rsquo;usine.<\/p><\/blockquote><p>La Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale adjointe d&rsquo;IndustriALL Monika Kemperle, qui a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le important dans ces n\u00e9gociations avec l&rsquo;employeur, a dit&nbsp;:<\/p><blockquote><p>Construire des relations sociales adultes avec les syndicats n&rsquo;est pas seulement un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice pour les travailleurs mais aussi pour la direction et au bout du compte pour le pays.
