{"id":152163,"date":"2014-07-11T12:09:03","date_gmt":"2014-07-11T12:09:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/inditex-2\/"},"modified":"2025-02-07T23:33:20","modified_gmt":"2025-02-07T23:33:20","slug":"inditex-2","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/fr\/inditex-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Inditex"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cet accord entre IndustriALL Global Union et Inditex, qui marque une \u00e9tape importante et a \u00e9t\u00e9 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.industriall-union.org\/industriall-renews-agreement-with-worlds-largest-fashion-retailer\">renouvel\u00e9<\/a> en 2014,&nbsp;est le premier du genre \u00e0 s&rsquo;appliquer \u00e0 une cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement de d\u00e9taillants. &nbsp;<\/p><p>Il souligne le r\u00f4le central jou\u00e9 par la libert\u00e9 syndicale et le droit \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation collective dans la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement, en donnant aux salari\u00e9s les m\u00e9canismes leur permettant de contr\u00f4ler et de faire appliquer leurs droits dans le travail.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Dans l&rsquo;ACM sign\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine en 2007 par le pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur de IndustriALL, la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration internationale des travailleurs du textile, de l&rsquo;habillement et du cuir, Inditex reconna\u00eet IndustriALL comme son partenaire syndical mondial. Les deux parties d\u00e9cident de collaborer pour assurer le respect durable et \u00e0 long terme de toutes les normes internationales du travail dans les activit\u00e9s men\u00e9es par Inditex, y compris chez ses fournisseurs.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Le Code de conduite d&rsquo;Inditex \u00e0 l&rsquo;usage des fabricants et des fournisseurs ext\u00e9rieurs est \u00e0 la base de l&rsquo;accord qui proscrit le travail forc\u00e9, le travail des enfants, la discrimination et les traitements durs et inhumains dans toute la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement d&rsquo;Inditex. Il stipule le paiement d&rsquo;un salaire vital pour une semaine normale de travail, la limitation des heures de travail, la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur les lieux de travail, un emploi r\u00e9gulier et une sensibilisation \u00e0 l&rsquo;environnement. Les termes de l&rsquo;accord s&rsquo;appliquent de mani\u00e8re identique aux fournisseurs directs, aux entrepreneurs et aux sous-traitants, y compris pour le travail \u00e0 domicile. Aucune sous-traitance n&rsquo;est permise sans autorisation pr\u00e9liminaire \u00e9crite d&rsquo;Inditex, et les fournisseurs autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 travailler en sous-traitance sont tenus responsables du respect des r\u00e8gles de sous-traitance.<\/p><p>Reconnaissant le r\u00f4le de la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre syndiqu\u00e9e et de la n\u00e9gociation collective, Inditex et IndustriALL garderont un contr\u00f4le constant de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la situation dans ce domaine tout au long de la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement d&rsquo;Inditex, et coop\u00e9reront pour trouver des solutions, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 des probl\u00e8mes sont d\u00e9tect\u00e9s, notamment en collaborant \u00e0 des programmes de formation destin\u00e9s aux cadres et aux travailleuses et travailleurs.<\/p><p>Afin de faciliter ce contr\u00f4le permanent, Inditex fournira \u00e0 IndustriALL toute information utile sur sa cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement, et Inditex et IndustriALL d\u00e9velopperont conjointement des politiques et des programmes de formation visant \u00e0 favoriser le respect de l&rsquo;accord.<\/p><p>Un bilan de l&rsquo;application de l&rsquo;accord sera effectu\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e par un groupe de six personnes d\u00e9sign\u00e9es conjointement par Inditex et IndustriALL.&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","issues":[407],"companies":[77],"regions":[],"sectors":[465,466,467,468],"article_tags":[],"class_list":["post-152163","article","type-article","status-publish","hentry","issues-global-framework-agreements","companies-inditex","sectors-garment","sectors-leather","sectors-shoes-industry","sectors-textile-industry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.1 (Yoast SEO v27.1) -
