{"id":152110,"date":"2014-07-24T12:06:28","date_gmt":"2014-07-24T12:06:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/la-greve-de-numsa-entre-dans-sa-quatrieme-semaine\/"},"modified":"2025-02-07T23:06:37","modified_gmt":"2025-02-07T23:06:37","slug":"la-greve-de-numsa-entre-dans-sa-quatrieme-semaine","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/fr\/la-greve-de-numsa-entre-dans-sa-quatrieme-semaine\/","title":{"rendered":"La gr\u00e8ve de Numsa entre dans sa quatri\u00e8me semaine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&ldquo;La gr\u00e8ve continue et n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendue.&nbsp; Nos membres, pr\u00e9sents au front de taille de la gr\u00e8ve, prendront la d\u00e9cision finale d&rsquo;y mettre fin ou non,&rdquo; d\u00e9clare Castro Ngobese, porte-parole national de l&rsquo;affili\u00e9 de IndustriALL Global Union, Numsa.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Les mineurs demandent une hausse des salaires \u00e0 deux chiffres, de 10 \u00e0 12 pour cent, pour trois ans, l&rsquo;abandon des services d&rsquo;emploi temporaire et une allocation de logement. &nbsp;Ils veulent \u00e9galement l&rsquo;abandon d&rsquo;une section de l&rsquo;accord principal pour mettre fin aux pratiques discriminatoires patronales qui consistent \u00e0 accorder des allocations et autres avantages aux travailleurs les mieux pay\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Selon des articles parus dans la presse le 21 juillet 2014, l&rsquo;association des employeurs, la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration de l&rsquo;acier et de l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie d&rsquo;Afrique du Sud (Seifsa), aurait accept\u00e9 conditionnellement une proposition d&rsquo;augmentation salariale de 10 pour cent pour chacune des trois ann\u00e9es, dans un accord facilit\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re du Travail (DoL).<\/p><p>On ne sait pas tr\u00e8s bien si d&rsquo;autres propositions du gouvernement sur les services d&rsquo;emploi temporaire ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9es par les employeurs, dont une clause selon laquelle &ldquo;les salari\u00e9s embauch\u00e9s par un service d&rsquo;emploi temporaire et plac\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;industrie sur une base temporaire, permanente ou d&rsquo;externalisation permanente auront droit \u00e0 toutes les clauses et conditions d&rsquo;emploi comme indiqu\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;accord principal, notamment toutes les prestations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale d\u00e8s le premier jour d&rsquo;emploi.&rdquo;<\/p><p>Une r\u00e9union du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif national sp\u00e9cial (NEC) a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e cette semaine par Numsa \u00e0 Johannesburg pour examiner la proposition de r\u00e8glement. Apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9union, le syndicat doit rendre compte aux membres pour conna\u00eetre leur opinion et leur mandat.&nbsp; Une d\u00e9claration sera faite seulement apr\u00e8s cette consultation pour savoir si une entente a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclue.<\/p><p>Le NEC a appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 la volont\u00e9 r\u00e9solue et in\u00e9branlable des gr\u00e9vistes pour faire aboutir leur revendication sur un salaire minimum vital,&rdquo;
