Elle pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement une option de 30 jours de cong\u00e9 sans solde.<\/p><p>Cette proposition de loi repr\u00e9sente un jalon pour tous ceux et celles qui militent pour la protection de la maternit\u00e9. Les Philippines sont un des pays d&rsquo;Asie qui comptent le plus court cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Les syndicats ont fait campagne pour la ratification de la Convention 183 de l&rsquo;OIT sur la Protection de la Maternit\u00e9 depuis son adoption en 2000, en particulier s&rsquo;agissant d&rsquo;une revalorisation de l&rsquo;allocation de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9.<\/p><p>La proposition, qui \u00e9mane \u00e0 la fois du S\u00e9nat et de la Chambre des Repr\u00e9sentants, va \u00eatre soumise en s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re pour d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration et approbation en deuxi\u00e8me et troisi\u00e8me lecture.
