{"id":150655,"date":"2016-02-25T14:43:06","date_gmt":"2016-02-25T14:43:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/le-syndicat-indonesien-adopte-un-quota-de-40-pour-les-femmes\/"},"modified":"2025-02-07T05:11:28","modified_gmt":"2025-02-07T05:11:28","slug":"le-syndicat-indonesien-adopte-un-quota-de-40-pour-les-femmes","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/fr\/le-syndicat-indonesien-adopte-un-quota-de-40-pour-les-femmes\/","title":{"rendered":"Le syndicat indon\u00e9sien adopte un quota de 40% pour les femmes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cette d\u00e9cision novatrice prise par le syndicat des m\u00e9tallurgistes fait suite \u00e0 une <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/documents\/2015\/Austria\/Vienne_Conf\/final_resolution_-_womens_world_conference_-_english.pdf\">r\u00e9solution<\/a>, adopt\u00e9e lors de la Conf\u00e9rence mondiale des Femmes d&rsquo;IndustriALL \u00e0 Vienne en septembre 2015, qui pr\u00e9conisait une repr\u00e9sentation des femmes de 40% au sein des propres structures d&rsquo;IndustriALL.<\/p><p>Le comit\u00e9 des femmes de la FSPMI a men\u00e9 une difficile campagne pour atteindre ce quota de 40% en rencontrant et en faisant pression r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur l&rsquo;organe national de la FSPMI et sa pr\u00e9sidence. En novembre 2015, plus de 200 femmes s&rsquo;\u00e9taient r\u00e9unies en soutien de cette revendication et pour faire mettre fin \u00e0 la discrimination fiscale envers les femmes travailleuses.<\/p><p>En mai 2014, les femmes des syndicats indon\u00e9siens avaient \u00e9galement vot\u00e9 en faveur d&rsquo;un quota de 40% au sein des <a href=\"http:\/\/www.industriall-union.org\/asia-pacific-conference-highlights-struggles-and-womens-representation\">structures d&rsquo;IndustriALL lors de la Conf\u00e9rence Asie-Pacifique des Femmes d&rsquo;IndustriALL<\/a>.<\/p><p>La Directrice pour les femmes et Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale adjointe d&rsquo;IndustriALL, Monika Kemperle, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/p><blockquote><p><em>Nous f\u00e9licitons la FSPMI pour avoir fait figure de pr\u00e9curseur en prenant cette mesure ainsi que les femmes qui l&rsquo;ont rendue possible. Une repr\u00e9sentation accrue des femmes aura pour cons\u00e9quence d&rsquo;attirer davantage d&rsquo;entre elles \u00e0 rejoindre la FSPMI pour y prendre part aux activit\u00e9s syndicales et y exploiter l&rsquo;ind\u00e9niable facult\u00e9 des femmes \u00e0 syndiquer et \u00e0 occuper des postes de direction.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote><p><em>La FSPMI a indiqu\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/em><\/p><blockquote><p><em>un nombre croissant de femmes au sein de nos structures va nous renforcer ainsi que notre campagne visant \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les droits des travailleurs et travailleuses.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","issues":[397],"companies":[],"regions":[167],"sectors":[],"article_tags":[],"class_list":["post-150655","article","type-article","status-publish","hentry","issues-women","regions-indonesia"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.1 (Yoast SEO v27.1) -
