Le 18 octobre 2016, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 licenci\u00e9 avec effet imm\u00e9diat par NAM, l&rsquo;entreprise l&rsquo;accusant d&rsquo;avoir fait filtrer &ldquo;des informations sensibles&rdquo; concernant le fonds de pension de Shell aupr\u00e8s du groupe de travail sur les pensions.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s avoir travaill\u00e9 31 ans chez NAM, son licenciement signifie pour Bob van Luijk qu&rsquo;il ne recevra aucune prime de licenciement et qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;a pas droit \u00e0 percevoir des indemnit\u00e9s de ch\u00f4mage&nbsp;; il se retrouve d\u00e8s lors sans revenus depuis trois mois.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;affaire se plaidera ce 19 janvier devant la cour d&rsquo;Assen, aux Pays-Bas, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;affili\u00e9 d&rsquo;IndustriALL, la FNV, r\u00e9clamera une annulation imm\u00e9diate du licenciement.<\/p><p>Mari\u00ebtte Patijn, directrice chez FNV, indique que si le tribunal devait maintenir le licenciement, cela signifierait que les responsables syndicaux sont pratiquement mis hors-la-loi&nbsp;:<\/p><p>&ldquo;C&rsquo;est une question de principe pour nous. Il est scandaleux qu&rsquo;il ait \u00e9t\u00e9 licenci\u00e9 avec effet imm\u00e9diat pour des informations qui peuvent facilement \u00eatre trouv\u00e9es sur internet. De nombreux coll\u00e8gues ont affich\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Bob-moet-blijven-1311590442206608\/?fref=ts\">un soutien massif \u00e0 van Luijk sur Facebook<\/a> et nous allons soutenir notre responsable syndical de toutes les mani\u00e8res possibles.&rdquo;<\/p><p>La directrice d&rsquo;IndustriALL pour l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, Diana Junquera, d\u00e9clare que van Luijk doit \u00eatre r\u00e9int\u00e9gr\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement&nbsp;:<br \/>&ldquo;Nous allons continuer \u00e0 soutenir notre affili\u00e9 et son membre et exhorter NAM \u00e0 rectifier sa faute.&rdquo;<\/p><p>Le responsable de la FNV, Leen van der List, qui pr\u00e9side le groupe de travail sur les pensions dont van Luijk faisait partie, indique&nbsp;:<\/p><p>&ldquo;En punissant Bob, un salari\u00e9 loyal au service de l&rsquo;entreprise pendant 31 ans, pour sa collaboration au niveau du groupe de travail, Shell rend impossible pour les responsables syndicaux de faire leur travail correctement \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir.
