Apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu la preuve de la majorit\u00e9, Petrol-Is a fait une offre \u00e0 &nbsp;l&rsquo;entreprise en vue de discuter de la n\u00e9gociation collective. N\u00e9anmoins, cette derni\u00e8re a rejet\u00e9 l&rsquo;offre et contest\u00e9 l&rsquo;accr\u00e9ditation syndicale d\u00e9livr\u00e9e par le minist\u00e8re du Travail au tribunal.
