La prime doit \u00eatre vers\u00e9e sept jours avant les grandes f\u00eates des six religions : islam, protestantisme, catholicisme, hindouisme, bouddhisme et confucianisme.<\/p><\/blockquote><p>Le 12 mai, les dix affili\u00e9s d&#039;IndustriALL Global Union en Indon\u00e9sie ont adress\u00e9 au minist\u00e8re de la Main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre une lettre de protestation demandant au gouvernement d&#039;annuler la d\u00e9cision autorisant le report de la THR pour les travailleurs.<\/p><p>Qualifiant cette circulaire d&#039;inhumaine, le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d&#039;IndustriALL pour l&#039;Indon\u00e9sie, Iwan Kusmawan, estime que les travailleurs ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 subi les fermetures d&#039;entreprises caus\u00e9es par le Covid-19 et que certaines ne per\u00e7oivent que 50 pour cent de leur salaire.<\/p><blockquote><p>&quot;Le report de la THR avant l&#039;A\u00efd el-Fitr est inhumain et c&#039;est un coup dur. Les syndicats et les employeurs ne jouent pas \u00e0 armes \u00e9gales dans la n\u00e9gociation, les seconds ayant ainsi plus de latitude pour justifier le non-paiement de la THR pendant la crise sanitaire, ce qui va doublement p\u00e9naliser les travailleurs.&quot;<\/p><\/blockquote><p>Le responsable de l&#039;action militante du Syndicat indon\u00e9sien des travailleurs de la chimie, de l&#039;\u00e9nergie et des mines CEMWU, Saeful Anwar, d\u00e9clare :<\/p><blockquote><p>&quot;Cette circulaire va \u00e0 l&#039;encontre des int\u00e9r\u00eats des travailleurs pendant la crise du Covid-19. Les statistiques officielles font \u00e9tat de la disparition de 2,8 millions d&#039;emplois \u00e0 ce jour; le minist\u00e8re de la Main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre doit assumer ses responsabilit\u00e9s et prot\u00e9ger les droits et les prestations des travailleurs.&quot;<\/p><\/blockquote><p>La Secr\u00e9taire r\u00e9gionale d&#039;IndustriALL, Annie Adviento, exhorte le gouvernement indon\u00e9sien \u00e0 r\u00e9examiner la circulaire et obliger les employeurs \u00e0 payer imm\u00e9diatement la THR.<\/p><blockquote><p>&quot;Des milliers de travailleurs de syndicats affili\u00e9s \u00e0 IndustriALL, en particulier ceux qui travaillent dans le textile, l&#039;habillement, la chaussure et le cuir, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 licenci\u00e9s ou mis en cong\u00e9 \u00e0 cause du Covid-19.
