Malgr\u00e9 les efforts redoubl\u00e9s de nos syndicats pour sensibiliser et \u00e9duquer les travailleurs et leurs adh\u00e9rents, beaucoup, dans nos industries et nos structures, n&#039;ont toujours pas conscience de ce qu&#039;est r\u00e9ellement la violence fond\u00e9e sur le genre, de ce que sont les droits des femmes et de ce qu&#039;il faut faire pour s&#039;attaquer \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me. Les repr\u00e9sentants des syndicats et des travailleurs sont aux avant-postes de la lutte contre la violence fond\u00e9e sur le genre dans le monde du travail.
