En octobre, le groupe des employeurs s&#039;est retir\u00e9 de la n\u00e9gociation sectorielle nationale, ce qui veut dire que la convention collective nationale devra \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e par des accords n\u00e9goci\u00e9s s\u00e9par\u00e9ment avec chaque entreprise.<\/p><p>Les syndicats ont n\u00e9goci\u00e9, et parfois conclu des accords avec d&#039;autres entreprises du secteur, mais UPM a refus\u00e9 de s&#039;engager dans des n\u00e9gociations collectives avec les trois syndicats repr\u00e9sentant son personnel. Le g\u00e9ant de la sylviculture veut cinq conventions s\u00e9par\u00e9es avec diff\u00e9rents groupes de travailleurs, et elle refuse de n\u00e9gocier avec les repr\u00e9sentants des cols-blancs.<\/p><p>UPM se dit dispos\u00e9e \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier une convention s\u00e9par\u00e9e par secteur d&#039;activit\u00e9 avec des syndicats repr\u00e9sentant les cols-bleus, soit les affili\u00e9s d&#039;IndustriALL Global Union Teollisuusliitto (syndicat d&#039;industrie) et Paperiliitto (syndicat du papier).<\/p><p>Paperiliitto a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paperiliitto.fi\/tiedotus\/ajankohtaista\/paperiliitto-jattaa-ilmoituksen-upmn-tyontekijoiden-tyonseisauksesta.html\">annonc\u00e9<\/a> une gr\u00e8ve de trois semaines qui d\u00e9marrera en janvier.<\/p><p>UPM refuse toute n\u00e9gociation avec le syndicat des cols-blancs Proliitto (syndicat professionnel). Dans le but \u00e9vident de faire vaciller le syndicat, la direction a aussi annul\u00e9 le pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement automatique des cotisations \u00e0 Proliitto, pourtant en pratique depuis les ann\u00e9es 1970.<\/p><p>Le comportement d&#039;UPM en Finlande inqui\u00e8te, au niveau international, les syndicats qui organisent les usines de l&#039;entreprise, et le syndicat uruguayen du papier FOPCU, \u00e9galement affili\u00e9 \u00e0 IndustriALL, a \u00e9crit \u00e0 son P-DG pour exprimer ses pr\u00e9occupations devant l&#039;abandon par cette entreprise des bonnes pratiques en mati\u00e8re de relations du travail.<\/p><p>Les syndicats finlandais s&#039;inqui\u00e8tent de ce que l&#039;intransigeance d&#039;UPM, inhabituelle dans un pays r\u00e9put\u00e9 pour son harmonie industrielle, puisse constituer un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent qui menacerait la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p><p>Le directeur d&#039;IndustriALL en charge du secteur de la p\u00e2te et du papier, Tom Grinter, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 ce propos :<\/p><blockquote><p>&quot;UPM essaie de diluer la puissance collective des travailleurs en r\u00e9p\u00e9tant qu&#039;une convention d&#039;entreprise est inutile. Cette entreprise croit qu&#039;elle aura \u00e0 gagner en divisant les travailleurs, et elle esp\u00e8re que les syndicats vont se concurrencer l&#039;un l&#039;autre.<\/p><p>&quot;Nous sommes ici pour lui dire que \u00e7a ne marchera pas; les travailleurs de la p\u00e2te et du papier sont unis et condamnent cette tactique malvenue qui sape le travail de qualit\u00e9 obtenu tout au long de l&#039;histoire de l&#039;entreprise.<\/p><p>&quot;Parce qu&#039;elle est la seule entreprise de sylviculture du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unglobalcompact.org\/what-is-gc\/participants\/9866-UPM-Kymmene-Corporation\">Pacte mondial des Nations unies<\/a>, UPM se pr\u00e9tend un leader de la durabilit\u00e9, mais il ne peut y avoir de durabilit\u00e9 sans que les travailleurs aient des droits, notamment le droit de n\u00e9gocier collectivement.&quot;<\/p><\/blockquote><p>UPM a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 sous l&#039;appellation United Paper Mills au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1870.<\/p><p><em>Photo : UPM <\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","issues":[],"companies":[142],"regions":[202,216],"sectors":[474],"article_tags":[],"class_list":["post-144321","article","type-article","status-publish","hentry","companies-upm","regions-europe","regions-finland","sectors-pulp-and-paper"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.1 (Yoast SEO v27.1) -
