{"id":144173,"date":"2022-02-21T12:00:01","date_gmt":"2022-02-21T12:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/molex-malaisie-doit-cesser-ses-pratiques-antisyndicales\/"},"modified":"2025-01-28T04:35:01","modified_gmt":"2025-01-28T04:35:01","slug":"molex-malaisie-doit-cesser-ses-pratiques-antisyndicales","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/fr\/molex-malaisie-doit-cesser-ses-pratiques-antisyndicales\/","title":{"rendered":"Molex Malaisie doit cesser ses pratiques antisyndicales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lors d&rsquo;une r\u00e9union d&rsquo;information \u00e0 l&rsquo;usine de Penang de Molex Malaisie le 7 f\u00e9vrier, la direction a mis en garde ses salari\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 un vote favorable au Syndicat des employ\u00e9s de l&rsquo;industrie \u00e9lectronique de la r\u00e9gion Nord (EIEUNR).<\/p><p>Selon le syndicat, la direction de Molex Malaysie a menac\u00e9 les travailleurs et travailleuses de ne pas se voir verser de primes et de compromettre leur avenir en cas de vote pour le syndicat.<\/p><p>Un vote \u00e0 bulletin secret pr\u00e9vu pour le 22 f\u00e9vrier a \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendu par le D\u00e9partement des relations sociales apr\u00e8s que le syndicat a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une plainte concernant ces pratiques antisyndicales.<\/p><p>Le Pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;EIEUNR, Mohd Razi bin Rahim, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/p><blockquote><p>&ldquo;Molex Malaisie a arbitrairement interf\u00e9r\u00e9 dans le processus de demande de reconnaissance. Nous exigeons une information appropri\u00e9e des travailleurs et travailleuses par l&rsquo;EIEUNR et le D\u00e9partement des relations sociales pour compenser les dommages caus\u00e9s par la direction.&rdquo;<\/p><\/blockquote><p>Le droit du travail malaisien interdit aux employeurs de se m\u00ealer du processus de syndicalisation. Pourtant, les travailleurs malaisiens sont souvent victimes d&rsquo;intimidation lorsqu&rsquo;ils exercent leur droit \u00e0 se syndiquer.<\/p><p>Dans une lettre adress\u00e9e \u00e0 Joe Nelligan, PDG de Molex, le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d&rsquo;IndustriALL Global Union, Atle H\u00f8ie, demande instamment \u00e0 Molex de cesser d&rsquo;intimider ses travailleurs et travailleuses et de respecter leur libert\u00e9 syndicale.<\/p><blockquote><p>&ldquo;Nous souhaitons rappeler \u00e0 Molex qu&rsquo;\u00e0 travers son code de conduite, elle s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 respecter le principe de non-discrimination et les dispositions l\u00e9gales en mati\u00e8re de pratiques d&rsquo;emploi, en ce compris le respect de la libert\u00e9 syndicale.&rdquo;<\/p><\/blockquote><p>L&rsquo;industrie \u00e9lectrique et \u00e9lectronique est un secteur manufacturier cl\u00e9 en Malaisie, repr\u00e9sentant 35 % des exportations totales du pays et employant environ 560.000 travailleurs et travailleuses.<\/p><p>Molex est un fabricant de stature mondial de syst\u00e8mes de connectivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectroniques, \u00e9lectriques et \u00e0 fibres optiques pour diverses industries comme les communications de donn\u00e9es, le m\u00e9dical, l&rsquo;industrie au sens large, l&rsquo;automobile et l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique grand public.
