{"id":144072,"date":"2022-03-30T08:46:11","date_gmt":"2022-03-30T08:46:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/traitement-inique-des-syndiques-chez-molex-malaysia\/"},"modified":"2025-01-28T03:49:55","modified_gmt":"2025-01-28T03:49:55","slug":"traitement-inique-des-syndiques-chez-molex-malaysia","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/fr\/traitement-inique-des-syndiques-chez-molex-malaysia\/","title":{"rendered":"Traitement inique des syndiqu\u00e9s chez Molex Malaysia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin:0cm 0cm 0.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Courier\"><span lang=\"FR\">Face aux <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.industriall-union.org\/stop-union-busting-at-molex-malaysia\" style=\"color:blue;text-decoration:underline\"><span>pratiques antisyndicales de Molex Malaysia<\/span><\/a><span lang=\"FR\">, le Syndicat <\/span><\/span><\/span>des salari\u00e9s de l&#039;industrie \u00e9lectronique de la r\u00e9gion Nord (EIEUNR) a port\u00e9 plainte au D\u00e9partement des relations de travail (IRD), qui statue en premi\u00e8re instance sur les cas de traitement in\u00e9quitable de travailleurs.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p><p>L&#039;IRD a inform\u00e9 le syndicat qu&#039;il entendra des travailleurs dans l&#039;usine dans le cadre de son enqu\u00eate. L&#039;EIEUNR juge que ces interviews causeront un stress anormal pour les travailleurs parce qu&#039;elles se feront sur le lieu de travail, ce qui veut dire que l&#039;employeur n&#039;aura aucun mal \u00e0 identifier ceux qui sont interview\u00e9s.<\/p><p>L&#039;EIEUNR d\u00e9tient un enregistrement dans lequel le directeur des ressources humaines (DRH) menace de supprimer des primes si les travailleurs votent la cr\u00e9ation d&#039;un syndicat. Il a aussi re\u00e7u un autre enregistrement avec des menaces similaires, le DRH chargeant les cadres et contrema\u00eetres de convaincre les travailleurs de voter contre le syndicat.<\/p><p>Ces enregistrements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 l&#039;IRD. Le syndicat est persuad\u00e9 qu&#039;ils sont suffisamment probants pour que l&#039;IRD reconnaisse le traitement in\u00e9quitable des travailleurs et impose \u00e0 l&#039;employeur de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un vote \u00e0 bulletin secret sur la reconnaissance du syndicat, sans ing\u00e9rence ext\u00e9rieure.<\/p><p>Le g\u00e9ant de la technologie Apple est un des principaux clients de Molex dont le comportement viole incontestablement le code de conduite d&#039;Apple :<\/p><blockquote><p>&quot;Le fournisseur doit permettre aux travailleurs de s&#039;associer librement \u00e0 d&#039;autres, de former des organisations de leur choix et d&#039;y adh\u00e9rer (ou ne pas y adh\u00e9rer), et de n\u00e9gocier collectivement, sans ing\u00e9rence, discrimination, repr\u00e9sailles ou harc\u00e8lement.&quot;<\/p><\/blockquote><blockquote><p>&quot;Le traitement inique des travailleurs de Molex viole clairement les droits fondamentaux des travailleurs et les droits syndicaux que garantissent les conventions de l&#039;OIT et que la Malaisie devrait respecter.
