L&#039;employeur voulait briser le droit \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation collective, mais le syndicat a tenu bon et a d\u00e9fendu ce droit fondamental. Les droits syndicaux fondamentaux, \u00e0 savoir de se syndiquer et de n\u00e9gocier collectivement, fournissent aux travailleurs et travailleuses les bases de tout le reste, comme des lieux de travail s\u00fbrs et l&#039;absence de discrimination.&nbsp;<\/p><p>La n\u00e9gociation collective est \u00e9galement le meilleur outil pour lutter contre&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.industriall-union.org\/fr\/dossier-atteindre-lequite-salariale-par-la-negociation-collective\">l&#039;\u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre les hommes et les femmes<\/a>, qui s&#039;\u00e9l\u00e8ve actuellement \u00e0 20 % en moyenne dans le monde. La situation de la population active s&#039;y est radicalement d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9e depuis le coup d&#039;\u00c9tat militaire de f\u00e9vrier dernier. La&nbsp;plupart des&nbsp;syndicats&nbsp;sont interdits et&nbsp;de&nbsp;nombreux&nbsp;travailleurs et travailleuses qui \u00e9taient autrefois prot\u00e9g\u00e9s par des conventions collectives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 licenci\u00e9s et remplac\u00e9s par des travailleurs occasionnels sans aucun droit. En tant que collectif, nous devons agir et IndustriALL r\u00e9it\u00e8re son appel \u00e0 des sanctions \u00e9conomiques compl\u00e8tes.
