La l\u00e9gislation du travail cambodgienne permet aux employeurs d&#039;embaucher des travailleurs en CDD pour une p\u00e9riode de deux ans, qui peut encore \u00eatre prolong\u00e9e de deux ans. Les travailleurs en CDD n&#039;ont pas de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&#039;emploi et sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;exploitation.<\/p><p>En juillet et en ao\u00fbt, la direction de l&#039;entreprise n&#039;a pas reconduit les CDD des dirigeants syndicaux locaux Ley Phearin, Bo Visal, Sao Phal et Yun Sokha.<\/p><p>D\u00e8s que leurs contrats sont arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 expiration, l&#039;employeur a refus\u00e9 de les reconduire et pr\u00e9tendu qu&#039;il n&#039;y a l\u00e0 aucune violation des droits de ces travailleurs.<\/p><p>Les contrats de quatre autres syndicalistes, Than Darin, Nay Lihuo, Chres Vichet et Yang Ty, seront r\u00e9sili\u00e9s \u00e0 la fin du mois d&#039;ao\u00fbt.<\/p><blockquote><p>&quot;Ces pratiques antisyndicales de Shun Xin Luggage Industry sont inacceptables et violent la l\u00e9gislation du travail du Cambodge ainsi que sa loi sur les syndicats. Les huit syndicalistes doivent tous \u00eatre r\u00e9int\u00e9gr\u00e9s avec arri\u00e9r\u00e9s de salaires et de prestations,&quot;<\/p><\/blockquote><p>a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Pav Sina, le pr\u00e9sident du CUMW.<\/p><p>Dans une lettre \u00e0 Shun Xin Luggage Industry du 4 ao\u00fbt, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d&#039;IndustriALL Global Union, Atle H\u00f8ie, l&#039;a exhort\u00e9 \u00e0 cesser tout acte de discrimination antisyndicale et \u00e0 r\u00e9int\u00e9grer tous les travailleurs licenci\u00e9s.<\/p><blockquote><p>&quot;Cette ing\u00e9rence dans la constitution d&#039;un syndicat viole la convention 87 sur la libert\u00e9 syndicale et la protection du droit syndical que le Cambodge a ratifi\u00e9e.
