Cependant, dans le monde entier, les travailleurs continuent de faire l&#8217;objet de discrimination et bon nombre d&#8217;entre eux n&#8217;ont pas le droit d&#8217;adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 un syndicat. La discrimination signifie aussi que les femmes et les jeunes travailleurs sont surrepr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans les emplois pr\u00e9caires.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Le but des activit\u00e9s de la FIOM est d&#8217;aider les affili\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00e9laborer des strat\u00e9gies sp\u00e9cifiques\u00a0 pour am\u00e9liorer le taux de syndicalisation des femmes, des travailleurs migrants et des jeunes. Ces strat\u00e9gies concernent surtout les travailleurs de l&#8217;\u00e9lectronique et des ZFE, des domaines o\u00f9 les jeunes femmes et les travailleurs migrants sont en majorit\u00e9, o\u00f9 les droits du travail sont bafou\u00e9s et o\u00f9 le syndicalisme est r\u00e9prim\u00e9.<\/p><p>Le taux de repr\u00e9sentation des femmes \u00e0 tous les niveaux des organisations syndicales est encore trop faible.
