L&#8217;entreprise reconna\u00eet le syndicat People&#8217;s Employees&#8217; Union (PEU) pour repr\u00e9senter les membres de l&#8217;UITA \u00e0 l&#8217;usine d&#8217;embouteillage de Multan, et garantit l&#8217;arr\u00eat de tout harc\u00e8lement ou brimade \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9gard des membres et des responsables du syndicat. <\/p>  <p>Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 des pratiques d&#8217;emploi pr\u00e9caire qui portent atteinte aux droits \u00e0 l&#8217;adh\u00e9sion syndicale dans les installations d&#8217;embouteillage de CCBPL, l&#8217;accord pr\u00e9voit la cr\u00e9ation de 187 emplois permanents.
