{"id":200797,"date":"2011-01-13T11:30:00","date_gmt":"2011-01-13T11:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/archive\/imf\/nouvel-accord-a-l-039-usine-de-caterpillar-en-belgique\/"},"modified":"2025-01-31T09:28:15","modified_gmt":"2025-01-31T09:28:15","slug":"nouvel-accord-a-l-039-usine-de-caterpillar-en-belgique","status":"publish","type":"archive_imf","link":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/fr\/archive\/imf\/nouvel-accord-a-l-039-usine-de-caterpillar-en-belgique\/","title":{"rendered":"Nouvel accord \u00e0 l&#039;usine de Caterpillar en Belgique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BELGIQUE: Entam\u00e9es en septembre 2010 les n\u00e9gociations ont n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 plusieurs r\u00e9unions avec la direction.\u00a0 En toile de fond, les diff\u00e9rences salariales et les embauches qui avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 sous-trait\u00e9es aux agences d&#8217;int\u00e9rim dans la premi\u00e8re partie de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e 2010 et l&#8217;utilisation de contrats pr\u00e9caires (plan Win-Win) essentiellement pay\u00e9s par l&#8217;Etat qui avaient r\u00e9sult\u00e9 en un certain nombre d&#8217;essais non satisfaisants dans les quatorze jours suivant l&#8217;embauche.\u00a0 <\/p><p>Les priorit\u00e9s et revendications des syndicats ont port\u00e9 avant tout sur l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration de la grille salariale, la r\u00e9vision des classification et la revalorisation des m\u00e9tiers, l&#8217;application d&#8217;un syst\u00e8me de pr\u00e9pension et de fin de carri\u00e8re.\u00a0 Au terme d&#8217;\u00e2pres n\u00e9gociations, les syndicats ont obtenu une augmentation de 5%-7% du salaire d&#8217;embauche et, pour l&#8217;ensemble des salari\u00e9s, une r\u00e9vision annuelle du salaire comprenant un pourcentage fixe et un pourcentage bas\u00e9 sur la polyvalence, les comp\u00e9tences et l&#8217;esprit d&#8217;\u00e9quipe.<\/p><p>La prime d&#8217;anciennet\u00e9 est index\u00e9e depuis le 1er janvier 2011 et prolong\u00e9e jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 41 ans d&#8217;anciennet\u00e9.\u00a0 L&#8217;accord pr\u00e9voit une augmentation de 4% de son montant et son \u00e9volution sur une base annuelle.\u00a0 En outre les salari\u00e9s auront dor\u00e9navant la possibilit\u00e9 de partir en pr\u00e9pension \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e2ge 58 ans avec 37 ann\u00e9es de service (38 en 2012) et, \u00e0 conjoncture \u00e9gale, chaque d\u00e9part en pr\u00e9pension est remplac\u00e9 par un contrat \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e.\u00a0 La prime de fin de carri\u00e8re est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e par l&#8217;ajout de 2 ann\u00e9es pour le calcul du montant de cette prime.\u00a0 <\/p><p>Reconnaissant que les m\u00e9tiers ont consid\u00e9rablement \u00e9volu\u00e9,\u00a0 Caterpillar a accept\u00e9 de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une analyse des diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tiers dans l&#8217;entreprise et leur revalorisation dans un avenir proche.<\/p><p>L&#8217;usine belge de Gosselies, la plus importante en dehors des Etats-Unis, emploie plus de 4,000 salari\u00e9s.\u00a0 En juin 2010, \u00e0 l&#8217;appel des syndicats, les ouvriers s&#8217;\u00e9taient mis en gr\u00e8ve pendant 24 heures revendiquant une revalorisation salariale que la direction avait\u00a0 rejet\u00e9e.\u00a0 <\/p><p>Le nouvel accord a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 en d\u00e9cembre 2010 par toutes les organisations syndicales repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es sur le site. <\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-200797","archive_imf","type-archive_imf","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.1 (Yoast SEO v27.1) -
