Les travailleurs et travailleuses devraient voter une proposition sans savoir si leurs salaires allaient augmenter ou diminuer, et de combien.<br \/><br \/>Les autres accusations concernent le refus de l&#8217;entreprise de n\u00e9gocier, en conditionnant la poursuite des pourparlers \u00e0 un changement de position du syndicat dans la n\u00e9gociation en cours, en d\u00e9clarant que les n\u00e9gociations sont dans une impasse, en discr\u00e9ditant le syndicat dans des r\u00e9unions avec des membres de l&#8217;unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation, en modifiant unilat\u00e9ralement les conditions d&#8217;emploi par une annulation du travail pr\u00e9vu, et en \u00e9tendant la fermeture du cong\u00e9 du Thanksgiving jusqu&#8217;au d\u00e9but du lock-out le 29 novembre.<br \/><br \/>Les pratiques d\u00e9loyales comprennent aussi le lock-out en soi et sa poursuite pour appuyer une position de n\u00e9gociation entach\u00e9e de pratiques de travail ill\u00e9gales cit\u00e9es dans les accusations.<br \/>Cooper Tire and Rubber poss\u00e8de des installations de fabrication dans quatre \u00c9tats aux \u00c9tats-Unis et en Angleterre, au Mexique et en Chine.
