{"id":199214,"date":"2012-04-18T12:12:00","date_gmt":"2012-04-18T12:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/archive\/imf\/fellesforbundet-realise-un-accord-en-norvege\/"},"modified":"2025-01-31T08:33:17","modified_gmt":"2025-01-31T08:33:17","slug":"fellesforbundet-realise-un-accord-en-norvege","status":"publish","type":"archive_imf","link":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/fr\/archive\/imf\/fellesforbundet-realise-un-accord-en-norvege\/","title":{"rendered":"Fellesforbundet r\u00e9alise un accord en Norv\u00e8ge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NORV\u00c8GE:\u00a0 Douze longues heures de n\u00e9gociation entre Fellesforbundet et son homologue patronal, Norsk Industri, ont permis d&#8217;obtenir la signature d&#8217;une nouvelle convention collective le 15 avril2012.<\/p><p>Cet accord constitue une r\u00e9ussite remarquable du fait que des cons\u00e9quences politiques s&#8217;ajoutent aux r\u00e9sultats obtenus en mati\u00e8re \u00e9conomique. <\/p><p>Fellesforbundet a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 obtenir les am\u00e9liorations suivantes pour ses membres:<\/p><ul><li>une hausse g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du salaire horaire de 1,25 NOK (0,17 euro);<\/li><li>des augmentation salariales compl\u00e9mentaires pour les travailleuses et travailleurs des secteurs du textile et de l&#8217;habillement;<\/li><li>une compensation pour les accords de rotation offshore;<\/li><li>un cong\u00e9 de paternit\u00e9 de deux semaines, pay\u00e9 par l&#8217;employeur;<\/li><li>une \u00e9galit\u00e9 des salaires et des conditions de travail pour les salari\u00e9s de l&#8217;entreprise principale et les travailleurs et travailleuses temporaires embauch\u00e9s par des agences d&#8217;int\u00e9rim, qui sont couverts dans les deux cas par les conventions collectives de Fellesforbundet;<\/li><li>un accord sur la r\u00e8gle de l&#8217;applicabilit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des conventions collectives sur lesquelles les gouvernements exercent moins d&#8217;influence;<\/li><li>un accord principal sur une nouvelle convention collective dans l&#8217;industrie pour les quatre accords inclus dans le mod\u00e8le qui d\u00e9tient la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/li><\/ul><p>Le nouvel accord, valable pour deux ans, sera soumis au vote des membres. La date limite est fix\u00e9e au 10 mai 2012.<\/p><p>La F\u00e9d\u00e9ration internationale des organisations de travailleurs de la m\u00e9tallurgie (FIOM), la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration internationale des syndicats de travailleurs de la chimie, de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie, des mines et des industries diverses (ICEM) et la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration internationale des travailleurs du textile, de l&#8217;habillement et du cuir (FITTHC) f\u00e9licitent Fellesforbundet pour cette nouvelle r\u00e9ussite dans la protection des droits de ses membres.
