{"id":199045,"date":"2012-05-31T14:09:00","date_gmt":"2012-05-31T14:09:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/archive\/imf\/pas-de-changement-chez-foxconn\/"},"modified":"2025-01-31T08:23:10","modified_gmt":"2025-01-31T08:23:10","slug":"pas-de-changement-chez-foxconn","status":"publish","type":"archive_imf","link":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/fr\/archive\/imf\/pas-de-changement-chez-foxconn\/","title":{"rendered":"Pas de changement chez Foxconn"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MONDE: Le 31 mai, l&#8217;organisation de d\u00e9fense des droits du travail de Hong Kong &#8216;Students and Scholars Against Corporate Misbehaviour (SACOM)&#8217; a publi\u00e9 un nouveau rapport &quot;Sweatshops are good for Apple and Foxconn, but not for workers&quot; (les ateliers de mis\u00e8re sont bons pour Apple et Foxconn, mais non pour les travailleurs et travailleuses). <\/p><p>Le rapport apporte une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la remarque faite r\u00e9cemment par Terry Gou, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Foxconn, qui durant sa visite \u00e0 Taiwan fin avril s&#8217;est adress\u00e9 aux travailleurs et travailleuses chinois\/es avec une question rh\u00e9torique: &quot;Pourquoi s&#8217;en prend-on aux ateliers de mis\u00e8re?&quot; pour commenter plus tard que les ateliers de mis\u00e8re sont une forme normale de travail pour autant qu&#8217;ils respectent la l\u00e9gislation.<\/p><p>Le rapport de SACOM, membre du r\u00e9seau GoodElectronics qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie du soutien de la FIOM, se base sur une s\u00e9rie d&#8217;entretiens avec 170 travailleurs et travailleuses de Zhengzhou et de la zone de Shenzhen, men\u00e9s entre mars et mai 2012.
