Sin embargo, las mujeres y los trabajadores j\u00f3venes siguen siendo objeto de discriminaci\u00f3n, lo que hace que a muchos se les nieguen sus derechos fundamentales.&nbsp;IndustriALL lucha contra su discriminaci\u00f3n en el trabajo promoviendo su participaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s justa y fuerte en los sindicatos.<\/p><h3>Campa\u00f1a #SinExcusas<\/h3><p>En noviembre de 2023, el Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo de IndustriALL aprob\u00f3 una nueva <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/scl\/fo\/2fvn188mu7q924pirrpb6\/h?dl=0&amp;e=1&amp;preview=SP_IndustriALL+Policy+GBVH+Final.pdf&amp;rlkey=vxswlyieejog63d62hztdz4tf\" target=\"_self\">pol\u00edtica sobre violencia y acoso de g\u00e9nero, misoginia y sexismo<\/a>.<\/strong> Esta iniciativa refleja el compromiso, tal como se afirm\u00f3 en el Congreso de IndustriALL de 2021, de mantener una postura de tolerancia cero hacia la GBVH y cualquier violaci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos y de las mujeres dentro de sus operaciones y actividades asociadas.<\/p><p>La pol\u00edtica tiene como objetivo cultivar una cultura de dignidad y respeto dentro de IndustriALL y sus afiliados, enfatizando la importancia de erradicar la violencia de g\u00e9nero, la misoginia y el sexismo. Se centra en educar y crear conciencia sobre estos temas, aline\u00e1ndose con las disposiciones del Convenio 190 de la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo (OIT). Tambi\u00e9n establece procedimientos claros para abordar las quejas relacionadas con el acoso sexual, la misoginia y el sexismo que ocurren en relaci\u00f3n con las actividades de de la OIT<\/a> sobre la violencia y el acoso en el mundo del trabajo.
