ingl\u00e9s<\/span><span>)<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">del sindicato local<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de Nissan<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">realiz\u00f3 una conferencia<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">de trabajadores<\/span><span> en la que adopt\u00f3<\/span><span class=\"hps\"> sus demandas colectivas<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">El 24 de mayo<\/span><span class=\"hps\"> la<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">direcci\u00f3n anunci\u00f3<\/span> que <span class=\"hps\">la<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">primera ronda de negociaciones<\/span><span> se llevar\u00eda a cabo el 31 de mayo<\/span><span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"short_text\" id=\"result_box\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"hps\">Las demandas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">son las siguientes<\/span><span>:<\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"hps\">Ajustar<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">los salarios<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de acuerdo con la<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">inflaci\u00f3n<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">oficial<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">(6,1%<\/span><span>) y<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">aumentar los salarios<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en un 25%<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">El salario promedio<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en Nissan<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">es de <\/span><span class=\"hps alt-edited\">US$1.000<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">los trabajadores<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">quieren que sea<\/span> de <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">US<\/span><span class=\"hps\">$1.300.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"short_text\" id=\"result_box\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"hps\">Extender<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">las pausas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">pagadas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">a 15<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">minutos.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"hps\">Cambiar el<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">esquema de rotaci\u00f3n de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">turnos<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">(noche<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">&#8211;<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la noche<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">&#8211; por la ma\u00f1ana<\/span><span>)<\/span><span>.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"hps\">Ampliar las disposiciones<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de cuidado dental<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en el<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">seguro de salud.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"hps alt-edited\">Dejar que<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">los trabajadores eligan su delegado sindical<\/span><\/span>.<\/li><li><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"hps alt-edited\">Reevaluar individualmente, <\/span><\/span><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"es\"> <span class=\"hps\">con<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la participaci\u00f3n<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">del sindicato, class=\"hps\">rescindir los contratos con<\/span> las <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">agencias de empleo<\/span><span>.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"hps\">La ITUA<\/span> asegura<span class=\"hps alt-edited\"> que<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la proporci\u00f3n de trabajadores<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">empleados por<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">las agencias <\/span><span class=\"hps alt-edited\">Manpower<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">y Versus<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">es muy alta<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en Nissan<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Estos hacen<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">el mismo trabajo que<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">los trabajadores permanentes<\/span><span> pero<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">les va mucho<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">peor en t\u00e9rminos de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">salarios<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">y garant\u00edas.<\/span><br \/><br \/><span class=\"hps\">La conferencia reconoci\u00f3<\/span> a la <span class=\"hps\">ITUA<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">local como<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">representante titular<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de los trabajadores.<\/span><br \/><br \/><span class=\"hps\">Las negociaciones<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">se llevar\u00e1n a cabo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">del 31 mayo al<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">13 de junio.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Durante las negociaciones<\/span><span>, los trabajadores tienen<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">el derecho a<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">un paro de advertencia<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de una hora<\/span><span>.<\/span><br \/><br \/><span class=\"hps\">Mientras tanto,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">un conflicto laboral<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en Ford en<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Vsevolozhsk<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">(<\/span><\/span><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"hps\">\u00e1rea de <\/span><\/span><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"hps\">San Petersburgo<\/span><span class=\"hps\">)<\/span> podr\u00eda resolverse proximamente. <\/span><\/p><p><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"hps alt-edited\">De acuerdo a la ITUA<\/span> el \u00e9xito all\u00ed obedeci\u00f3 a que se evit\u00f3 <span class=\"hps\">el llamado sistema<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Kaizen<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">La promoci\u00f3n<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">y el subir de escala<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">no<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">depender\u00e1<\/span> <span class=\"hps atn\">de las &#039;<\/span><span class=\"alt-edited\">propuestas innovadoras<\/span>&#039; de los trabajadores<span class=\"hps\">.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Adem\u00e1s,<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">los turnos<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">se reducir\u00e1n en<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">cinco minutos<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">y habr\u00e1n descansos<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">adicionales en los&nbsp;<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">turnos de nocturnos de <\/span><span class=\"hps\">10 horas<\/span><span>.<\/span><br \/><br \/><span class=\"hps alt-edited\">Algunos problemas<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">relacionados con trabajar en <\/span><span class=\"hps\">condiciones perjudiciales<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">y en altas temperaturas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">siguen sin resolverse<\/span><span>; sin embargo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">el sindicato indica que continuar\u00e1 defendiendo los intereses de los trabajadores <\/span><\/span>en estos asuntos sin tener que irse a la huelga.&nbsp;<\/p><p><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"hps atn\">&quot;<\/span><span class=\"alt-edited\">Al aceptar <\/span><span class=\"hps\">las concesiones actuales<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">se evit\u00f3<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">una huelga<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">prolongada<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">y se ahorr\u00f3 en el fondo<\/span><span class=\"hps\"> de huelga<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Esto \u00faltimo es especialmente<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">importante ya que<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">el CCT<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en Ford<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">expira el 28 de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">febrero de 2013<\/span><span class=\"hps atn\">&quot;, <\/span><span>se\u00f1al\u00f3<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">el representante sindical. <\/span><br \/><br \/><span class=\"hps alt-edited\">La ITUA<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">local de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Ford report\u00f3<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">el 22 de mayo<\/span> que<span class=\"hps alt-edited\"> el empresario<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">hizo concesiones<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">adicionales durante la disputa colectiva<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">El sindicato hab\u00eda previsto una<\/span><span class=\"hps\"> huelga<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">sin embargo, esto no ser\u00e1 necesario y<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">el fondo de huelga<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">podr\u00e1 utilizarse en<\/span><span class=\"hps\"> febrero de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">2013 cuando<\/span> expira el CCT actual.<br \/><br \/><span class=\"hps\">El sindicato<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">llevar\u00e1 a cabo una<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">votaci\u00f3n<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">entre los trabajadores<\/span>
