{"id":167986,"date":"2016-02-25T14:43:06","date_gmt":"2016-02-25T14:43:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/un-sindicato-indonesio-adopta-un-cupo-de-mujeres-del-40-por-ciento\/"},"modified":"2025-02-07T05:11:52","modified_gmt":"2025-02-07T05:11:52","slug":"un-sindicato-indonesio-adopta-un-cupo-de-mujeres-del-40-por-ciento","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/es\/un-sindicato-indonesio-adopta-un-cupo-de-mujeres-del-40-por-ciento\/","title":{"rendered":"Un sindicato indonesio adopta un cupo de mujeres del 40 por ciento"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La innovadora decisi\u00f3n del sindicato de trabajadores metal\u00fargicos se adopta tras la resoluci\u00f3n aprobada en la Conferencia Mundial de la Mujer de la IndustriALL celebrada en Viena en septiembre de 2015 de abogar por una representaci\u00f3n de las mujeres del 40 por ciento en las propias estructuras de la IndustriALL.<\/p><p>El comit\u00e9 de mujeres del FSPMI ha hecho una vigorosa campa\u00f1a para lograr el cupo de 40 por ciento, reuni\u00e9ndose regularmente y ejerciendo presi\u00f3n sobre el \u00f3rgano nacional del FSPMI y su presidente. En noviembre de 2015, m\u00e1s de 200 mujeres se reunieron para insistir en sus demandas de representaci\u00f3n del 40 por ciento y poner fin a la discriminaci\u00f3n fiscal contra las trabajadoras.<\/p><p>En mayo de 2014, las mujeres de los sindicatos indonesios votaron tambi\u00e9n a favor del cupo de 40 por ciento en las &nbsp;estructuras de la IndustriALL en la Conferencia de las Mujeres de Asia y el Pac\u00edfico de la IndustriALL.<\/p><p>La directora del departamento de mujeres y secretaria general adjunta de la IndustriALL, Monika Kemperle, dijo:<\/p><blockquote><p><em>Felicitamos al FSPMI por dar este innovador paso, y a las mujeres que lo han hecho posible. La mayor representaci\u00f3n de las mujeres atraer\u00e1 a un n\u00famero mayor de ellas al FSPMI y a participar en las actividades sindicales, as\u00ed como a aprovechar la indudable fuerza de organizaci\u00f3n y liderazgo de las mujeres.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote><p>El FSPMI declar\u00f3:<\/p><blockquote><p><em>El creciente n\u00famero de mujeres en nuestra estructura sindical nos reforzar\u00e1 y promover\u00e1 nuestra campa\u00f1a para proteger los derechos de los trabajadores.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","issues":[397],"companies":[],"regions":[167],"sectors":[],"article_tags":[],"class_list":["post-167986","article","type-article","status-publish","hentry","issues-women","regions-indonesia"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.1 (Yoast SEO v27.1) -
