El sindicato hab\u00eda pedido compensaci\u00f3n financiera por laborar en condiciones de trabajo nocivas, que no se hab\u00eda pagado por varios a\u00f1os. M\u00e1s de 1.000 trabajadores\/as recibir\u00e1n compensaci\u00f3n en forma de d\u00edas de vacaciones pagados, que van de cinco a 25 d\u00edas adicionales para 2014, 2015 y 2016.<\/p><p>Durante el juicio, la administraci\u00f3n de la empresa oblig\u00f3 a los trabajadores\/as a retirar sus acusaciones, amenaz\u00e1ndoles con despidos; Sergey Topolov, presidente del comit\u00e9 central del ITUWA, fue enviado a un sanatorio de la empresa para tratamiento obligatorio con el fin de evitar que participara en el juicio. A pesar de todo esto, el sindicato gan\u00f3 el caso.<\/p><p>Sin embargo, no obstante esta victoria, la compa\u00f1\u00eda insiste en no dar vacaciones a sus trabajadores\/as, argumentando escasez de personal y posible suspensi\u00f3n de las operaciones.<\/p><p>Por su parte, Sergey Topolov se\u00f1al\u00f3:<\/p><blockquote><p>&ldquo;En realidad existe una situaci\u00f3n en la que el empleado se va de vacaciones, no cuando le conviene a \u00e9l, sino cuando convenga a la empresa.<\/p><p>&ldquo;El sindicato gan\u00f3 el juicio en los tribunales. El 21 de julio, nos vamos a reunir con la administraci\u00f3n de la empresa.
