{"id":155921,"date":"2021-11-10T13:59:04","date_gmt":"2021-11-10T13:59:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/el-nuevo-salario-minimo-en-pakistan-es-una-victoria-sindical\/"},"modified":"2025-01-28T06:31:13","modified_gmt":"2025-01-28T06:31:13","slug":"el-nuevo-salario-minimo-en-pakistan-es-una-victoria-sindical","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/admin.industriall-union.org\/es\/el-nuevo-salario-minimo-en-pakistan-es-una-victoria-sindical\/","title":{"rendered":"El nuevo salario m\u00ednimo en Pakist\u00e1n es una victoria sindical"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cuando el gobierno de la provincia pakistan\u00ed de Sind anunci\u00f3 un aumento del salario m\u00ednimo para los trabajadores no calificados de PKR 17.500 (US$ 103) a PKR 25.000 (US$&nbsp;146) por mes a partir del 1 de julio, la Federaci\u00f3n de Empleadores de Pakist\u00e1n, entre otras organizaciones, present\u00f3 una demanda judicial en la que acus\u00f3 al gobierno provincial de tratar de obtener ventajas pol\u00edticas.<\/p><p>A cambio, los dirigentes de sindicatos de la provincia, incluidos los afiliados de IndustriALL NTUF y HBWWF, presentaron una demanda para que el salario m\u00ednimo se fijara en PKR&nbsp;25.000 por mes.<\/p><p>Despu\u00e9s de las audiencias celebradas en septiembre, el Tribunal Superior de Sind anunci\u00f3, el 15 de octubre, que ratificar\u00eda la decisi\u00f3n del gobierno de la provincia y que la tarifa salarial m\u00ednima se mantendr\u00eda en PKR 25.000 mensuales.<\/p><p>El tribunal declar\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, que las trabajadoras deb\u00edan recibir un salario m\u00ednimo igual al de sus colegas masculinos de la misma categor\u00eda. El tribunal fij\u00f3 el salario m\u00ednimo por hora en PKR 120 (US$ 0,7).<\/p><p>Nasir Mansoor, secretario general de la NTUF, expres\u00f3:<\/p><blockquote><p>&ldquo;Si las instituciones estatales toman decisiones a la luz de la Constituci\u00f3n de Pakist\u00e1n para garantizar el respeto de los derechos b\u00e1sicos de los trabajadores, entonces no hay raz\u00f3n por la que los problemas de los trabajadores no puedan resolverse.
