A pesar de los esfuerzos cada vez mayores de nuestros sindicatos para sensibilizar y educar a los trabajadores y sus miembros, hay muchas personas en nuestras industrias y estructuras que a\u00fan no saben lo que es realmente la violencia de g\u00e9nero, cu\u00e1les son los derechos de las mujeres y c\u00f3mo abordar el problema. Los representantes sindicales y de los trabajadores se encuentran en la primera l\u00ednea de lucha contra la violencia de g\u00e9nero en el mundo del trabajo.
