Sin embargo, en todo el mundo hay trabajadores que siguen siendo objeto de discriminaci\u00f3n, y a muchos de ellos se les niega el derecho de afiliarse a un sindicato.<br \/>Discriminaci\u00f3n significa tambi\u00e9n que las mujeres y los trabajadores j\u00f3venes est\u00e1n sobrerrepresentados en el empleo precario.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <br \/>Las actividades de la FITIM se orientan a ayudar a los afiliados a elaborar estrategias espec\u00edficas para mejorar las tasas de sindicaci\u00f3n de mujeres, trabajadores migrantes y j\u00f3venes. Las estrategias se centran particularmente en el personal que produce equipos electr\u00f3nicos y el empleado en zonas francas de exportaci\u00f3n, \u00e1reas en las que trabajan mayoritariamente mujeres y migrantes, se violan los derechos laborales y se reprime a los sindicatos.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p><p>A\u00fan sigue siendo muy baja la representaci\u00f3n de la mujer a todos los niveles de la organizaci\u00f3n sindical.
