En particular, se refieren a limitaciones legales a formar un sindicato, obst\u00e1culos a la negociaci\u00f3n colectiva, falta de protecci\u00f3n contra la discriminaci\u00f3n sindical y de g\u00e9nero, injerencias en la autonom\u00eda de los sindicatos, restricciones a la capacidad de huelga y trabajo infantil generalizado.<br \/><br \/>A pesar de reiterados llamientos de la Organizaci\u00f3n Interrnacional de Trabajo para que se modifiquen las leyes laborales, el Gobierno georgiano se ha negado hasta ahora a hacerlo.<br \/><br \/>&quot;La Uni\u00f3n Europea tiene que investigar las continuas violaciones por Georgia de los derechos fundamentales de los trabajadores y, si las autoridades georgianas no ponen sus leyes en conformidad con las normas de la OIT, la UE debe retirar los arreglos de preferencias comerciales de que goza actualmente Georgia&quot;, dijo la secretaria general de la CSI, Sharan Burrow.<br \/><br \/>Bernadette Segol, secretaria general de la CES declar\u00f3: &quot;las leyes sobre el empleo en Georgia no cumplen las normas requeridas paara obtener ventajas comerciales de la UE.
