Se espera que el trabajo subcontratado aumente en la compa\u00f1\u00eda del 10 por ciento en 2010 al 27 por ciento en 2012. El USW quiere que se imponga un tope de 750 empleos permanentes en el establecimiento de Alma.<\/p><p>El recurso a esquiroles o trabajadores de sustituci\u00f3n durante un conflicto laboral est\u00e1 prohibido por la ley en Qu\u00e9bec. Seg\u00fan la compa\u00f1\u00eda, el establecimiento funciona actualmente a un tercio de su capacidad, con la ayuda de 200 empleados de &quot;gesti\u00f3n&quot;.
