Lukoil

The agreement links Lukoil's pledge on upholding human rights to the UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and all trade union rights as enshrined in ILO Conventions and the UN's Global Compact. It also references the ILO's Code of Practice on HIV/AIDS, as well as a "family values" clause linked to ILO Convention 156 (workers with family responsibilities). The agreement is reviewed annually and it provides access and assistance to a Lukoil Workers' Network through their trade unions.

The GFA commits Lukoil and the International and its affiliates to the importance of protecting the health, safety and well being of those at work, and to share a sense of joint responsibility for the impact that work and company practices may have on the natural and human environment."
